: No, not really, just thought I'd grab your attention :-) : First of, I'd like to get a VIN check please on: : JT2JA82J9S01023620 : Problems found: : Rigidness (Squeaks/Squeals) : Stubborn Clutch (needs replacement) : Slow braking (needs pad replacement) : "Modifications" done: : New 2 month old Yokohoma Tires : Unknown Springs dropped 2" : Yakama Muffler (not exhaust sytem) : Timing Belt replaced + standard maintainance : Exotic Alarm (he couldn't remember the brand, but think of it as the Alpine Alarm crossed with a Gigapet LCD screen - included Remote Start, 2way paging with LCD defining car 'portion' detection, auto window rollup, alarm) : According to "Rudy," the only damage which could deem Salvaged Title was when it was hit on its rear right side. The original owner , then a dealership, then This current owner. : So the stats are: : 1995 TT : 46k mi : asking price $21.5 (a deposit will deem sold status - heh) : **Likes** : the paneling of the Supra that in a way, "morphs" with your arm for easy handling. Pretty much like the Z, except more curvaceous (not fat chicks, heh). I didn't notice how there's a fat 6" speaker on the door right next to my arm. It "feels" heavy, but the Turbos do pack a wallop. The whole getup with lifting a nifty looking piece on the shifter to activitate the reverse is news to me. It was pretty cool, even though it looked a bit dated (probably because he never took the time to wash/wax his Supra - that bastard!). But nothing that can't be done with some good love and car : **Dislikes** : The weight of the car. Feels like a damn buick with turbos. This car had a backseat, and OMG it's worse than a Z's 2+2! I was crushed. Yes the instrument panels were lame (HUGE turning sigals for the impaired, LOL), as was the car stereo. The car was pretty much stock. Oh yeah and the rims sucked fat ones as well. The rigidness felt so bad, whatever happened to sports/luxury/comfort? Most probable cause is because of the setup this joker had.
: The irony is that before, this guy had a Stage VII ZTT , which included a 10shot of NOS. Invested 15k and blew the engine (said low on gas, idling, thinking detonation or did not upgrade ECU). Sold it to dealership, bought Supra. Heh.
: Pricing is negotiable, but until clearance checks (someone email me the carfax report), on behalf of my friend, I'd let it slide. But truly a rare opportunity that should be grabbed if it turns out well.
